  1. Chattanooga State has officially broken ground on the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology building. The 49,127-square-foot building project was unanimously approved by the State Building Commission in January. The new building will reportedly allow Chattanooga State to increase enrollment by 84 percent. (WTVC)
