• TDOT grant will allow CARTA to add more mobility hubs, improve driver training (newschannel9.com) — CARTA has secured more than $1.4 million in TDOT IMPROVE Transit funds to boost safety and service across Chattanooga. The money will add driver barriers, a new bus simulator, an upgraded HVAC system at the Wilcox Boulevard facility, and planning for up to 33 new mobility hubs that could reshape how riders connect across the city.
