  1. The Chattanooga Parks And Rec Director reports that there are plans for additional neighborhood park construction. According to Director Scott Martin, the majority of growth for the next 50 years will occur in cities with less than 300,000 individuals. He wants to create parks to serve a growing population base reflected in a growing number of seniors and youth. (The Chattanoogan)
