  1. More than $12,000 has been donated by SquareUp Foundation to CHATT Foundation's Chattanooga Community Kitchen. SquareUp is a Chattanooga-based foundation devoted to supporting local non-profits. The CHATT foundation will use the donation to fund meals, shelter, clothing, and counseling for unsheltered community members. SquareUp also supports those in the restaurant industry that may be suffering with economic hardships. (The Chattanoogan)
  2. Police are saying that a woman stabbed to death last week in Hamilton County was more than likely the victim of domestic violence. Sarah Ferguson, 44, was killed in her home near Stafford Gap Road on Dec. 7. Sean Little has been charged with her killing. Ferguson's two youngest sons, ages three and seven, were in the home at the time of the stabbing. (Chattanooga Times Free Press)
  3. Northgate Library in Chattanooga is bringing some STEAM-focused fun to students! The Tween Staff will be holding weekly STEAM-focused fun activities. These specially designed projects will include creative experiments and art projects to inspire students. The sessions are intended for students in grades four through eight. (CHATT Library)
