- The Chattanooga Police Department has arrested a man on charges of criminal homicide after locating a decomposing body on Boynton Drive. The body was allegedly found in Michael Orr's vehicle in the 900 block on Jun. 20. Anyone with information that could possibly aid the investigation is directed to contact the department immediately. - The City of Chattanooga will likely spend $513 million on improving the city's sewer infrastructure. The money will be spent through 2030 during the second phase of the 20-year project.
