Here are the top three stories in Chattanooga today:
- The fire that occurred at the former Highland Park Baptist Church in Chattanooga was reportedly intentionally set. Authorities are currently searching for a suspect in the arson case. Parts of the structure had to be torn down, according to the Chattanooga Fire Department. (U.S. News And World Report)

- The Chattanooga Beer & Wrecker Board has voted to suspend the business permit of Mary's Bar & Grill. The permit was suspended as a result of the bar operating without a beer license. Mary's Bar & Grill had a mass shooting occur near its premises in which 14 people were injured and 3 people were killed. (WDEF)

- The Multicultural Children's Lit Festival will be on Saturday, Jul. 23 at the Avondale Library on Dodson Avenue. Participants will be able to dance, enjoy local food, and learn about culture. The festival begins at 12:00 p.m. (EventBrite)
- Chattanooga Bluegrass will be held on Jul. 31 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the First Horizon Pavilion. There will be two free performances hosted by the Chattanooga Market. (Chattanooga Market)
- The Chattanooga Peach Festival will be held on Sunday, Jul. 10 at the First Horizon Pavilion at 11:00 a.m. There will be plenty of vendors selling the best peach-flavored items. (Chattanooga Market)
