🌱 Woman Caught Between Shooters + 90 Percent Of Potholes Filled

First, today's weather:

Here are the top three stories today in Chattanooga:

1. A woman is in critical condition after being caught between two vehicles having a gun battle. The incident occurred on Tuesday night near Brainerd Tunnel. Chattanooga Police Department investigators have not been able to locate the drivers of the BMW and pickup truck that were shooting. (WTVC)
2. The City of Chattanooga will be revitalizing and recirculating underutilized property. The plan will hopefully revitalize the city's economy while increasing funding. The city has identified more than 650 underutilized properties totaling more than 2,500 acres of land for the plan. (Chattanooga Pulse)
3. According to the City of Chattanooga, more than 90 percent of the city's potholes have been filled. The city's Department of Public Works has inspected at least 95 percent of all city streets, as well. The city will also be implementing a new policy to construct full-lane patches to reduce bumpy uneven surfaces on city roadways. (Chattanooga Pulse)
