ETSU Health Continues COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics In New Year
The clinics offer primary doses and boosters.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. β ETSU Health will host several COVID-19 vaccine clinics offering primary doses and boosters throughout January.
All of the weekday clinics will be held on the second floor of East Tennessee State Universityβs D.P. Culp Student Center. Parking spaces in the metered lot behind the Culp Center on J. L. Seehorn Jr. Rd. have been reserved for vaccine patients.

The Saturday clinics will be held in the ballroom at the ETSU Millennium Center, located at 2001 Millennium Place. Patients may park on the third level or above in the parking garage adjacent to the Millennium Center and follow the signs to the ballroom.
Based on availability, it is the goal of ETSU Health to provide both Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines at each clinic. However, please check ETSUHealth.org prior to each clinic to verify which vaccines are available that day. Availability will be updated regularly.

The clinics are free and open to the public and will be held as follows:
β’ Thursday, January 6, 2-4 p.m. (Culp Center/Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccine)
β’ Saturday, January 15, 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. (Millennium Center)
β’ Tuesday, January 18, 1-4 p.m. (Culp Center)
β’ Friday, January 21, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. (Culp Center)
β’ Thursday, January 27, 1-4 p.m. (Culp Center)
β’ Friday, January 28, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. (Culp Center)
β’ Saturday, January 29, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. (Millennium Center)
The one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine is available to all persons age 18 and older.
The Pfizer vaccine is administered as a two-dose series, three weeks apart.
Pfizer will be for 12+ initial dose and 18+ with CDC recommendations on boosters at these clinics.
Please note that the 5-11 year old Pfizer will be a completely separate vaccine from the 12+ vaccine. Even though Pfizer is approved for children ages 5-11 years, Pfizer will remain at 12+ for ETSU Health clinics at these sites.
