10-Year-Old Girl Groped, Kissed By 22-Year-Old Man On Music Row: Police
A 22-year-old Murfreesboro man is accused of kissing and groping a 10-year-old at a Music Row school.

NASHVILLE, TN — A 22-year-old Murfreesboro man kissed and groped a 10-year-old girl inside a Music Row school Saturday, Metro Police say.
Christian Schroer and the victim were in the lobby of the SAE Institute, a creative-media school on Music Circle, according to an affidavit. Schroer asked the girl if she wanted to listen to his music and put his headphones over her ears. The girl told police she did not really want to listen so she walked towards an area of the building where some recording studios are located.

A few minutes later, Schroer reappeared, according to the arrest report, and asked the girl if she wanted to see his office. The girl followed him, she told police, and then Schroer partially closed the door, got down on his knees and kissed the girl on the lips.
The girl told investigators Schroer then turned on some music, told her to dance and began grabbing and rubbing her breast, back and arms over her shirt. Schroer again asked the girl to dance, she told police, but she told him she had recently broken her leg and was unable to do so. The 22-year-old made the girl "pinky promise" she wouldn't tell anyone what had gone on, though she said she immediately told a friend, who notified security and called police.

"What is this about? Is this because I kissed that girl? The little black girl, she was beautiful," Schroer is alleged to have told officers. He denied any contact beyond a peck on the lips.
SAE said Schroer is not an employee.
He is charged with sexual battery and is free on a $10,000 bond.
