2 Stolen Guns Found At Bordeaux Store: Police
Metro Police say two stolen guns were recovered during an alcohol compliance check at the Bordeaux Market.

BORDEAUX, TN -- Police conducting an alcohol compliance check at a Bordeaux store discovered two stolen guns Friday.
MNPD says the clerk and a customer were both carrying stolen handguns at the Bordeaux Market on Buena Vista Pike.
An officer said he saw 24-year-old customer Edwin Gutierrez-Soto carrying a .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol. A check reportedly revealed the gun was reported stolen by a Ft. Campbell soldier during a 2016 car break-in on Fifth Avenue South.

Police also said clerk Mohammad Zaher, 27, had a 9-millimeter pistol behind the counter which had been stolen from a home in West Nashville in April 2017.
Gutierrez-Soto is charged with possession of a stolen weapon and marijuana possession. Zaher is charged with possession of a stolen weapon and selling alcohol to a minor.
