CMA Fest, Bonnaroo Move To Different Weekends For 2019
The confluence of CMA Fest and Bonnaroo may be at an end after a schedule switch for 2019.

NASHVILLE, TN -- After several years sharing the same weekend, two of the country's biggest music festivals will move a week apart starting in 2019.
Separated by 65 miles of Interstate 24, CMA Fest and Bonnaroo draw tens of thousands of music-lovers to Nashville and Manchester, respectively, but for the last few years have, somewhat bafflingly, been scheduled across the same four-day period.

Next year's CMA Fest is set for its traditional second weekend in June timeframe - June 6-9, 2019. Bonnaroo, however, will move to the following weekend, June 13-16.
Officials say it's likely that schedule will stick for at least a few years going forward.
