Crossville Bank Robber Caught In Nashville: Police
A woman accused of robbing a Crossville credit union was arrested in Nashville and may be connected to other bank robberies.
NASHVILLE, TN -- A woman wanted for a Crossville bank stick-up was arrested in Nashville Saturday afternoon.
The woman robbed Crossville's Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union around 11:20 a.m. Saturday and fled the scene before police arrived.
With the assistance of multiple law enforcement agencies across Middle Tennessee, she was eventually tracked to Nashville and apprehended by Metro Police Saturday afternoon.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is now leading the probe into the robberies and the woman may have been connected to other bank robberies on the Cumberland Plateau.
