Dad Throwing Rocks With Son Was High On Pills: Nashville Police
A 31-year-old man was arrested after throwing rocks and walking in the road with his son while allegedly high on pills.

NASHVILLE, TN — A 31-year-old man walking in the road and throwing rocks with his son was arrested Wednesday afternoon, allegedly high on oxycodone and morphine.
Passersby called Metro Police to report the man — Johnathan Billings — and the 3-year-old boy were walking in the street, while the man was yelling at cars and "making a scene," according to an affidavit.
When police arrived Billings and the boy were sitting in a driveway and throwing rocks and Billings was reportedly yelling "Help me."

"The defendant admitted that he has taken too much of his prescribed medication which according to the defendant is oxycodone and morphine. ... The defendant's furtive and inconsistent movement and up and down level of voice are consistent with that of a person who is high and/or intoxicated," the arrest report reads, in part.
Billings is charged with child endangerment, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
