Flash Flood Warnings For Davidson, Williamson Counties
The National Weather Service has issued flash flood warnings for much of Davidson and Williamson counties until early Friday morning.

NASHVILLE, TN — A flash flood warning is in effect for western Davidson County, northwestern Williamson County and southeastern Cheatham County until 2:15 a.m. Friday and a separate warning is in effect until 1:15 a.m. Friday for southeastern Davidson County, Williamson County and parts of Marshall and Maury County as the remnants of Harvey continue to push through Middle Tennessee.
"At 939 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly," the NWS said.

The weather service said Ashland City, Forest Hills, Belle Meade, Kingston Springs, Pegram, Bellevue, Beaman Park, Bells Bend, Leipers Fork and Natchez Trace at State Route 96 can expect flash flooding until 2:15 a.m. as creeks overrun their banks with rain expected to continue through Thursday night. The warning until 1:15 a.m. includes Franklin, Columbia, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Nolensville, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Belle Meade, Thompsons Station, Antioch, Berry Hill, I-65 East Of Columbia, Triune and Percy Priest Lake.
