McMillan's condition is unknown. First Baptist is working with the Big Sandy Christian Outreach Center, where McMillan volunteers, and the Big Sandy Church of God of Prophecy, where is a member, to raise money for McMillan's father to fly to Las Vegas.

Melton was on vacation with his wife, Heather Gulish Melton, when he was shot and killed. Heather said Sonny shielded her during the gunfire. She was not injured.
