Man Demands Apology, Pulls Gun When It's Not Forthcoming: Police
After a fellow drinker at Midtown's Red Door refused to apologize to his friend, a 28-year-old man pulled a gun, police say.

NASHVILLE, TN -- A 28-year-old man asked a fellow patron at Midtown's Red Door Saloon to apologize to his friend. When he refused, the man pressed a gun against him, according to police.
According to an affidavit, Braxton Milam was at the popular drinking spot and told another man to apologize for something he said to his friend. When he did not, Milam reportedly pulled a .380-caliber pistol and pressed it against the other man.
Though Milam had a loaded magazine in his pocket, the gun itself was not loaded.
