Man Injured In Church Street Drive-By
Someone shot a 21-year-old man from a moving car on Church Street Sunday night and witnesses are "uncooperative," police say.
NASHVILLE, TN -- A 21-year-old man was injured in a drive-by shooting outside a Church Street nightclub Sunday night.
Police responded to Church Street and 17th Avenue North - outside the Canvas nightclub - at 9 p.m. Sunday for a shooting call. The officers learned the man had already been taken by private vehicle to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His injuries are not life-threatening.
Though many of the witnesses are "uncooperative," according to police, detectives say the man was shot from a red coupe or possible a red Jeep-type vehicle.
