Metro Police Create 2017 Murder Information Site
All 107 Davidson County murder victims - and information about their murders - are listed online on a special MNPD site.

NASHVILLE, TN -- There were 107 murder victims in Davidson County in 2017 and the Metro Nashville Police Department has made information on them available on line.
Listed in chronological order, each name links to a page with details about each case. Police also provided statistical information about the victims - gender, race, age and how each one was killed.
A plurality of murder victims - 24 in total - were between 16 and 20. Fifteen were under the age of 17 and 16 between 21 and 25. Eleven suspects are 17 or younger.

There were 89 men killed in 2017 and 18 women. Sixty-seven murder victims were black, 27 were white, 12 Hispanic and one Asian.
