Metro Schools Make Decision On Friday Classes
Will Metro Nashville Public Schools students finally return to class Friday?
NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Schools students will get a full week off as the district opted to close schools Friday, January 19.
In a statement posted on the district’s Facebook page - complete with photographic evidence of treacherous roads - officials said it wasn’t a decision made lightly.
Thursday was the final built-in snow day so Friday and any subsequent days will have to be made up. The district said it was announce the make-up schedule at a later date.
