A bit chilly across the Midstate this week with the occasional flurry flitting about.

NASHVILLE, TN — A chilly week is on tap for the Midstate, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Nashville. Temperatures will be seasonally moderate - even a bit warm for the time of year at times - and there will be the occasional snowflake flying around.

Monday: Sunny and a bit warmer, high of 56. A chance of sprinkles and flurries overnight, low of 34. Winds of 10 to 15 mph could gust to 20 mph.

Tuesday: A chance of flurries early then partly sunny, a high of 40. Winds of 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph. Mostly clear after sundown and colder, low of 23.

Wednesday: Sunny, high of 54. Winds increasing throughout the day with gusts as high as 25 mph. Partly cloudy in the evening, low of 33.

Thursday: Partly sunny, high of 44. Partly cloudy after dark, low of 27.
