Nashville Man Charged With Murder In Cheatham County Overdose
A 39-year-old Nashville man faces second-degree murder charges after allegedly selling heroin that led to a fatal overdose.

ASHLAND CITY, TN -- A Nashville man faces second-degree murder charges following a fatal overdose in Cheatham County.
Cheatham County Sheriff's Department officials allege Christopher Stefko, 39, travelled to Chapmansboro to sell heroin to Perry Chad Judkins, 30. Judkins later collapsed at his home and died at a local hospital.
Investigators say the heroin Stefko sold to Judkins contributed to his death. Stefko was arrested by undercover officers Saturday.
