Nashville Man Killed In Single-Vehicle Crash On Trinity Lane Identified

Zavier Dunlap, 29, perished in the overnight accident while William Tribue, 40, of Nashville, sustained life-threatening injuries.

The Nashville man killed in Thursday’s 1:50 a.m. single-vehicle crash on Trinity Lane near Youngs Lane is identified as Zavier Dunlap, 29.

The preliminary investigation shows that the driver of a 2016 Dodge Charger was traveling west on Trinity Lane at a high rate of speed when the car ran off the roadway and overturned. It has not been determined who was driving.

The other two occupants of the vehicle were William Tribue, 40, of Nashville and Donzell White, 28, of Springfield. They were transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Tribue sustained life-threatening injuries. White’s injuries are non-life threatening.

There was evidence of alcohol and drug use in the Dodge Charger. The investigation continues.
