Nashville Police Can't Find Gunshot Victims Because They Went To The Hospital
Two people shot on Osage Street in North Nashville separately checked into hospitals while police were looking for them.

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police searched North Nashville in vain for two gunshot victims Tuesday, because the pair had already checked in to the hospital.
Gunfire was reported near the intersection of 23rd Avenue and Osage Street around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. When officers arrived, they could not locate any victims or the crime scene.

Minutes later, investigators received a radio call saying one of the victims was at Nashville General Hospital and a few minutes after that, a second call came in reporting another victim was at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The identities of the victims was not immediately released and no suspect description was available.
