Pair Shoots Up, Passes Out In Car With Kids: Police

Two people face child endangerment and drug charges after passing out in a car with children in the back seat.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Two people face child endangerment and drug charges after police say they shot up and passed out in a car with kids in the back seat.

According to affidavits for Ernest Biggs, 42, and Teasha Biggs, 37, two women called police after seeing two children crying outside of a car and then saw a man and woman passed out in the front seat of said car.

First responders found the Biggses unconscious and barely breathing. Paramedics revived Ernest Biggs with 10 doses of Narcan, however six doses of Narcan failed to revive Teasha Biggs, who was taken to Skyline Medical Center.

Investigators say Ernest Biggs admitted to shooting up with the children in the car and police found a syringe on the front dash of the vehicle.

Both Biggses are charged with two counts of child endangerment and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
