Pedestrian Hit, Killed On Trinity Lane
A 51-year-old man was struck and killed by a car on Trinity Lane Monday night.

NASHVILLE, TN -- A 51-year-old man walking across Trinity Lane was struck by a car and died Monday night, according to Metro Police.
Investigators say Wesley Ferrell was not in the crosswalk when he was hit by a 2004 Chevrolet Impala. The 30-year-old driver told police she was unable to avoid hitting Ferrell.
Police said Ferrell may have been walking to a nearby homeless camp.

He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he died. No charges are anticipated.
