Suspect Arrested In Centennial Stabbing
Police arrested a man accused of stabbing another fatally at Centennial Park Tuesday afternoon.
NASHVILLE, TN — One man is dead and another arrested following a fight in Centennial Park Tuesday afternoon.
After a six-hour search Tuesday, Metro Police arrested Michael Lovelace, 56, who is suspected of stabbing 49-year-old Ben Amos during a fight in Centennial Park.

The fight was reported at 2:40 p.m and shortly thereafter Lovelace was seen walking down 25th Avenue towards Charlotte.
Shortly before 9:30 Tuesday night, MNPD announced that Lovelace had been arrested and would be charged with criminal homicide in Amos' death.
