The Woodlands Hills®, developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC), ranked as #20 among the list of top master planned communities in the Greater Houston area in 2021, after opening just three-and-a-half years ago. The ranking was compiled by Zonda, a housing market research and real estate analytics firm.
The Woodlands Hills finished 2021 with 327 net new home sales, a 150% increase over 2020. The accelerated market demand is due to buyers’ top reasons for selecting The Woodlands Hills: the community’s location, amenities that focus on health and wellness, a quality lifestyle that seamlessly integrates with the beauty of its natural forest, innovative home designs, renowned builders and attainable home prices. Also, in 2021, The Woodlands Hills earned the recognition of Quality Planned Development™ by the West Houston Association and North Houston Association.
