Ex-School Bus Driver Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child: Police

Matthew Curry, who was jailed in December for child indecency, is back behind bars accused of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

MAGNOLIA, TX — A former Magnolia ISD bus driver who was free on a $30,000 bond for child indecency in December is now facing a new charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Matthew Curry, 40, was arresterd Friday at his home in the 14400 block of Timbergreen Drive in Magnolia, according to police.

He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail with his bail set at $150,000. The former bus driver was arrested in December after he was accused of inappropriately touching a 6-year-old girl who lives next door.

Officials have not said if this is the same victim or if another victim may be involved.
