Free Back to School Immunizations at Runyan Elementary in Conroe

CONROE, TX — Christus Health will have a mobile clinic at Runyan Elementary, 1101 Foster Dr., in Conroe on Aug. 19 to offer free immunizations.

The free vaccinations will be given from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and are available to eligible children 2-18 years-old. To be eligible a child must either be on medicaid, have no insurance or insurance that doesn't cover vaccinations or be American Indian/Native American or Alaskan Native.

A child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and a the original shot record, not school health records, must be presented. If the child is on Medicaid the Medicaid number and eligibility date must be presented.
