Montgomery County Food Bank in Conroe receives 36,000 Pounds of Food
The Montgomery County Food Bank received 36,000 pounds of donated food.
CONROE, TX — The Montgomery County Food Bank and Silver Eagle Distributors partnered together for Bud Light Gives Back to Montgomery County.
The event brought more than 160 volunteers to the food bank's Conroe location. The volunteers contributed and sorted about 36,000 pounds of food, which equals out to about 21,600 meals.
The volunteers also got free meals from local food trucks, played games and won tickets to the Bud Light Party with local radio DJ Rod Ryan from 94.5 The Buzz.
