Conroe, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is still accepting applications for the upcoming citizens' police academy class, which starts August 11 and lasts until November 17. The 15 week long class meets on Thursday evenings from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., there is one Saturday class. Seats are limited to 35 students per class, and classes are only offered twice per year.
