Public Health Clinic in Conroe Offering Low Cost Back-to-School Immunizations

CONROE, TX — The Montgomery County Public Health Clinic, 1300 South Loop 336 West, will offer back-to-school vaccines for uninsured children on July 30 in Conroe.

The vaccinations will be offered from 8 a.m. to noon. Vaccines are available to uninsured children up to age 19 for a $10 administration fee per vaccine. However, the clinic will administer shots to any child who attends.

Traditional Medicaid is accepted, however, the clinic is not a provider for CHIP. Please call 936-523-5020 to make an appointment.
