The City of Fort Worth’s Community Action Partners is a proud member of the Community Action Network and commemorates 40 years of helping families throughout Tarrant County become financially independent while reducing and eliminating their reliance on social services.

There are more than 1,000 agencies nationwide working every day to create opportunities and transform the lives of their neighbors by making communities stronger and helping families thrive.
