GARLAND, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – The City of Garland is hosting a mass vaccination drive-through clinic 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 at Homer B. Johnson Stadium, 2019 E. Centerville Rd.
