Grapevine – The North Texas gardening industry is changing as Marshall Grain Co., a 76-year-old icon in the gardening supply sector, is set to relocate, Dallas Metro News reports. This prominent company, recognized for its commitment to organic gardening and pet products, is gearing up to leave its Grapevine location where it has thrived for an impressive 15 years, according to a recent press release.

The company's President, Jim Connelley, has shed light on the impending move. Following several months of careful deliberation, Marshall Grain Co. is preparing for a large-scale shift prompted by the nearing expiration of its lease at 3525 William D Tate Avenue.

The relocation will take place in stages, beginning with a temporary transition before settling into a permanent facility. This upgraded space promises to include a diverse set of amenities including a greenhouse, nursery, warehouse, and corporate offices, serving as the core of the company's landscape services operation.
