Dallas, Texas - Smoothie King has announced a significant expansion by signing a robust multi-unit development agreement, Dallas Metro News reported. This ambitious deal will result in the launch of 15 new locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, enriching the community with an array of nutritious options.

The person driving this expansion for the brand in its home market is multi-unit franchisee Mohammed Azaz of HIBA-SK LLC. Azaz had already made his mark by acquiring six existing Smoothie King locations in the fall of 2022, and this latest move further aligns him with the brand's commitment to strategic growth.

This latest announcement from Smoothie King isn't just big news for the Dallas-Fort Worth area; it's indicative of a strong growth trend for the company. The brand is on course to open a total of 100 locations by the end of 2023, and since the start of this year, an impressive 71 new stores have been added to the development pipeline.
