Your UTEP men’s basketball team is on a roll under the direction of first-year head coach Joe Golding! The Miners have won eight of their last 11 games and currently hold a 9-6 record in Conference USA play. UTEP has 16 wins overall, four more than the previous season.Last week, the Miners posted their first win at LA Tech in 18 years, and they swept the LA Tech-Southern Miss road trip for the first time in school history.After notching seven road victories – its most in eight years – UTEP returns to the Don Haskins Center for the final three games of the regular season. The Miners currently sit in fourth place in C-USA’s West Division and will have the opportunity to move up in the standings over the next two weeks.
