FBISD to Hold Annual PTO/Booster Club Meeting Aug. 6
Fort Bend ISD will hold its annual PTO/Booster Club meeting on Aug. 6 in the annex building.
SUGAR LAND, TX — The traditions that surround the start of the school year, learning bus routes, finding lockers, getting the teacher to remember your name and the all important annual PTO/booster club meeting.
The Fort Bend ISD Business and Finance Department hosts the district's annual PTO/booster club meeting to help parent organizations supporting campuses understand state and federal regulations.
On Saturday, Aug. 6, PTO/booster club members will meet from 9 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m. to go over questions specific to running a support group. They'll learn about financial disclosure laws, FBISD financial reporting requirements and deadlines and will meet with law enforcement officers to learn about campus safety.
