Temple City Hall Bomb Threat Forces Evacuation

TEMPLE, TX — The Temple Police Department gave an all clear after investigating a bomb threat at City Hall on Thursday afternoon.

Roads in the downtown area are now open, and the surrounding area is safe, according to police.

Police had evacuated City Hall and every building within one block and detoured traffic from Main St. Police are urging people to stay away from the area or find alternate routes while they investigate the threat.
