4th Of July Craft: Cupcake Liner Fireworks Art

Display your kid's red, white, and blue work of art as a decoration at your July 4th celebration.

Your kid will be proud to create art that can serve as your July 4th party decorations. If you don't host a party, just hang this work of art on the fridge to celebrate the holiday.

What you'll need:

Instructions:

1. Flatten the cupcake liners that you plan to use. Kids can use as few or as many as they'd like for this project.

2. Using the scissors, help kids cut into the liners, cutting no further than the middle circle of the liner. Kids can cut small strips, or just cut large chunks here and there. The idea is to make the liners look like fireworks.

3. Place a few dots of glue on the back of one of the cut cupcake liners, then place it on the cardstock.

4. Repeat step 3, placing each cut cupcake liner onto the cardstock. Kids can arrange the liners any way they'd like, even layering them on top of each other.

5. Allow the glue to dry before you hang your kid's masterpiece.
