DIY Halloween Costume: Jellyfish
Light up Halloween night with an umbrella that's embellished with lights and ribbons.

This is a great last-minute costume because you can cut as many or as few lengths of ribbon as you'd like. If you have a only a few hours to make the costume, you might want to cut some corners and go for fewer embellishments.

Instructions:
1. Cut strands of ribbon to desired length, using your height while holding the umbrella as a judgement. You probably want the ribbons to fall somewhere around your waist, but not below your ankles. Each ribbon can vary in length, if you'd like. Cut as many ribbons as you'd like to go around the umbrella. (This is a last-minute DIY, so just do what you can!)
2. Attach the ribbon lengths one at a time to the edge of the umbrella using the hot glue gun.

3. Attach the LED battery packs to the top of the umbrella using Velcro, if desired.
4. Wrap the strings of lights around the umbrella wires, stringing them evenly around the inside of the umbrella.
5. To give the jellyfish some eyes, just cut black and white felt circles. Glue the black felt on top of the white felt, then attach to the umbrella using hot glue.
