Biden Speaks On Impact Of Tropical Storm Henri: Replay
President Joe Biden addressed the nation about the tropical storm that has made landfall in New England.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Joe Biden said his administration is preparing to help "as much as possible" as Tropical Storm Henri hits the New England states during a Sunday afternoon address at the White House.
Biden said his administration is "taking it seriously," despite the storm getting downgraded from a hurricane to tropical storm, "because of the size of the storm and the storm surge, and the rainfall it is producing."
"While New Englanders have been used to dealing with some tough weather," the president said, this storm could have widespread impact.
