Spring Craft: Pretty Paper Cupcake Flowers

You can create this easy, colorful decoration with just a few basic supplies — and some creativity, of course!

These flowers are just as pretty solo as they are in a bouquet. Place them in a vase all spring, or just hang them on the wall to add a little pop of spring color to kids' rooms.

1. If your cupcake liner is white on the inside, turn it inside out so that the colorful side faces up toward you.

4-Ounce Big Bag of Buttons

2. Glue a button or other embellishment onto the center bottom of the liner. (Glitter, sequins, beads, and all things sparkly would work as a substitute!) Allow the glue to dry.

Green Chenille Pipe Cleaners

3. Add a thin straight line of glue to the back of the flower. Attach the pipe cleaner "stem" to the back of the flower, pressing firmly and holding in place for a few seconds to allow the glue to dry.

4. If you'd like, make an entire bouquet of paper flowers!
