Thanksgiving Crafts For Kids: Pilgrim Hat Table Decorations
Upcycle your coffee K-cups by turning them into adorable table decorations that kids can make while you prepare the Thanksgiving meal.

Wondering what to do with your K-cups once you've used them for caffeine? These festive DIY pilgrim hats are the perfect solution! If you want to use these hats as place cards at your Thanksgiving table this year, add the guest's name on the white card stock before you attach it to the hat.

Instructions:
1. Place the circle template onto the black card stock. Trace around the circle with a pencil, then cut it out.

2. Using the hot glue gun, place a strip of glue around the rim of the K-cup. Place the black card stock circle on top of the K-cup, centering it as best you can.
3. Cut a strip of white card stock that's approximately 1/8 inches wide and 1/2 inch longer than the circumference of the K-cup's opening.
4. Wrap the white strip just under the lip of the K-cup opening. Using the hot glue gun, glue the strip in place, overlapping the ends.

5. Cut a piece of yellow card stock that's approximately 1/4-inch square.
6. Using the hot glue gun, glue the square on top of the seam where the two ends of the white strip meet.
