ACROSS AMERICA — Much of the East Coast was blanketed by snow over the weekend. The heavy snow brought nearly a foot of accumulation to New England while only a small dusting spread across New York City and Philadelphia.
Winter storm warnings were in effect for the Northeast, as freezing rain caused hazardous driving driving conditions and snowfall caused several large power outages.
