At a press conference Wednesday, Greenville police chief and county deputies said the Mauldin man who was shot to death outside the Greenville County Law Enforcement Center last month was armed with a hot glue gun.
Liberty Police said Zachary Cain Hedden, 28, was reported missing Feb. 4. Hedden suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, according to police, and is in need of medication.
