Batavia Closes Billing Office After Employee Catches Coronavirus
The city's utility billing office will be closed until at least Nov. 6 after one of its three employees tested positive for the coronavirus.

A Kane County judge granted a temporary restraining order Monday, blocking officials from enforcing new restrictions at the restaurant.
The eateries could face orders to disperse or misdemeanor charges if they continue serving customers inside, according to city notices.
An attorney for the restaurant told Patch, “They’re trying to operate responsibly. But at the same time, they’re trying to operate.”
