After graduating from Columbia Journalism School she moved to Boston in 2007 to work for The Christian Science Monitor for several years, including as Asia desk editor. She eventually made the switch to local journalism where she covered Brookline and Newton for GateHouse Media. She joined Patch in 2017. She's a runner, swimmer and loyal flip-flops fan.
