Meth Bust Leads to Trafficking Charge for Lemay Man
St. Louis County Police said they found 90 grams of meth in the man's home along with marijuana.

Joe has been married for more than 20 years to his wife and they have two sons.

Marcus Withers, of O'Fallon, was arguing with another man when he grabbed a car seat holding the man’s 6-month-old son and shook it violently. Withers then chased the man with knives before head-butting and biting police officers.
