I've been a journalist for the past seven years, working at some of the monthly newspapers in St. Paul before I latched on at the Stillwater Gazette as an editorial assistant. The study is looking at developing preliminary design concepts for Highway 36 intersections at Highway 120/Century Avenue and Hadley Avenue/County Highway 35 in North St. Paul and Oakdale.
